Senior Logistics Coordinator – Customer Service (3PL Experience Required)

Location: Kirkland, QC | Type: Full-Time | Work Arrangement: In-Person Only

Salary: $55,000–$70,000/year + Uncapped Commission

Experience Required: 3–5 years in a 3PL company

Please note: This is a full-time, in-person position at our Kirkland office. Remote or hybrid options are not available.

About the Role

As a Senior Logistics Coordinator , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of client shipments, resolving logistical challenges, and supporting internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
• Problem-Solving & Escalations: Manage logistics issues such as delays, customs challenges, and unforeseen disruptions.
• Shipment Execution: Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal departments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Import/Export Documentation: Accurately prepare and manage all necessary documents to maintain compliance.
• Process Improvement: Identify and suggest ways to optimize workflows and service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a senior logistics coordination role within a 3PL environment (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
• Deep knowledge of freight, transportation, and customs regulations
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and logistics operations under pressure
• Comfort with logistics software and technology tools

En tant que Coordonnateur(trice) Senior en Logistique , vous serez au cœur des opérations. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion des expéditions, la résolution des défis logistiques et le maintien d’une communication efficace avec les clients.

Responsabilités

• Gestion des relations clients : Être le point de contact principal pour les clients clés et offrir un service de qualité constante
• Résolution de problèmes : Gérer les retards, problèmes douaniers et autres imprévus
• Coordination des expéditions : Travailler avec les transporteurs, transitaires et équipes internes pour assurer la ponctualité des livraisons
• Documentation douanière : Produire les documents requis avec rigueur et conformité
• Optimisation des processus : Proposer des pistes d’amélioration pour renforcer l'efficacité

Profil recherché

• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire au sein d’une entreprise 3PL (obligatoire)
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit
• Bonne connaissance des réglementations en transport et douane
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en simultané, avec rigueur
• À l’aise avec les outils et logiciels logistiques
