Core competencies involve critical thinking, effective communication, patient flow management, unit operations, safety practices, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Technical skills required include health information documentation, medical equipment handling, medical order processing, and chart interpretation.
Education preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing; BLS certification required.
Licensure: RN license in the state or compact.
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts.
