We have developed a music distribution service that puts artists first, disrupting the legacy music industry by enabling emerging artists to distribute their music directly to fans via streaming services while retaining ownership of their master recordings and up to 100% of royalties. Our platform combines music distribution with deep brand connections, allowing independent artists and creators to thrive like never before. Our team comprises musicians, marketers, engineers, and storytellers from companies like YouTube, SoundCloud, Pandora, Facebook, Uber, Dropbox, Complex, VICE, and more. We collaborate closely with Translation, our in-house creative advertising agency, to forge innovative partnerships. We are seeking a Sr. Creative Strategist to join UnitedMasters. Please note this is a hybrid role: three days in-office and two days remote. What You'll Do The Senior Creative Strategist will lead all aspects of creative ideation and deliverable packaging for the Brand Partnerships team. This role involves developing proactive sales materials and responding to external brand briefs. Reporting to the Head of Growth, Brand Partnerships, you will: Develop creative platforms, tactics, and rollout plans for brand partner briefs and opportunities. Present concepts and platforms confidently to internal stakeholders and external brand partners at various stages of the pitch process. Navigate feedback, budget changes, and strategic shifts to maintain core brand and community benefits through deal closing. Coordinate closely with Account Management to ensure creative consistency from sale to delivery. Recommend deliverables based on creative concepts and tactical plans, adapting as needed for budget and client needs. Work with the Production team to ensure alignment on all branded content and program rollouts. Provide creative copy for campaign assets and approve post-production alterations. Collaborate with internal teams to generate ideas aligned with enterprise goals, including music projects and product developments. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Deep knowledge of music culture and artist development. Strong storytelling and social narrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to present to clients and incorporate feedback effectively. Versatile in tone and format concepts. Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Minimum Qualifications At least 6 years of experience in creative or integrated marketing, preferably in Brand Partnerships. Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs). Preferred Qualifications Experience in creative agencies, production, entertainment, or the music industry. Experience at a founder-led company. About UnitedMasters, Inc.
